As the strongest dragon in the clan, the giant dragon Frills is the undisputed chief, leading the dragons to dominate a corner of the Abyss. Then one day, he wakes up to find a little red thing in his lair, with a cracked eggshell beside it. The little thing is fluffy and soft, with tiny claws that aren't sharp at all, and little horns that are smooth and round. It takes two steps, trips, looks at him innocently with its big round eyes, and tries to climb onto him, only to lose its balance and headbutt the ground, making a small, round dent...
Frills: "…" What an idiot. There's no way it's his kid.
The grumpy red dragon comes over to watch the fun, looking disgusted. "Weak things shouldn't be allowed to live."
The gloomy blue dragon doesn't even glance over and keeps staring at the sky. "Whatever. Just don't bother me."
The cool, beautiful dark elf queen frowns. "How can such an ugly little thing exist?"
The reclusive treant chief trims his branches. "Younglings are the most troublesome creatures."
The octopus sea monster waves its tentacles threateningly. "Touch my tentacles and I'll kill you and stew you in a pot."
Later, the grumpy red dragon is so worried when the cub loses a single tuft of fur that he runs all over looking for medicine to care for it. The gloomy blue dragon stops staring at the sky and coaxes the cub to play on the slide made from his curled-up tail. The dark elf queen holds the cub and calls it her little darling and precious baby, even letting it chew on her crown. The reclusive treant chief lets the cub climb onto his head and pull out his branches, carefully protecting it in case it falls. The octopus sea monster cuts off its own tentacles just to make delicious seafood soup for the cub.
Frills scowls and swats away every rascal who tries to steal his cub, roaring, "Don't you have cubs of your own? This is my cub!"
One day, humans arrive in the Abyss. They assume the various races there must be at odds, probably fighting at the slightest provocation. They do fight, all right, but it's over who gets to win the affection of a little cub.
They hear that the dragons have gathered countless treasures to make a bed and decorate the cub's room; the dark elves have ventured out of the Abyss for the first time in ages, just to steal the light elves' Tree of Life and decorate the cub's garden; the treant chief insists on giving the Heart of the Earth, the treasure of his clan, to the cub as a night-light; the octopus sea monster beats all the other sea monsters into submission overnight and builds a water park for the cub, with rides made entirely of sea monsters...
Upcoming story: The Demon Cub Is Forced to Build a Base
Yori never expected to transmigrate, much less transmigrate into a demon, and even less to discover that this demon was a cub!
This little demon cub of his is about the size of a palm, all covered in pure black fluff. Its two tiny horns look like decorations, and it has a floppy little tail. It's quite a pretty little thing, but looks like a plush toy.
Yori slowly: ?
Don't mess with me. Do demons really look like this?
Still, Yori decides to make the best of things and happily live a lazy life as a useless little demon. As long as he has enough to eat and warm clothes, he's perfectly content. But...
The big demon, wearing a tattered butler's uniform, has tears in his eyes. "Young master, please come back. I've managed to beg for some milk!"
The little demon, whose clothes barely cover him, offers his only intact outfit. "Young master, you can wear this. It's so comfortable!"
The red slime works hard to cover the entire little bed with its body. "Young master, the bed's hard. Sleep on me instead. I'm really soft!"
The ram-headed demon, whose weapon is battered and worn, takes out his only precious sleeve dagger. "Young master, take this to protect yourself. It's really sharp!"
Only then does Yori learn that he has a territory. But when he sees the barren land, the demons who have nothing to eat, no clothes to wear, and no weapons to use, and a territory that's neither village nor city but looks like wasteland...
His blood pressure skyrockets.
Time to start building! Right now, this instant! There's no way he's going to live lazily anymore. Not until everything's built, anyway. Then he can be lazy again.
By the time the demons have everything they need to eat, drink, live, and get around, their new weapons are armed to the teeth, and their city-state is flourishing, some clueless demons keep trying to attack them and claim this tempting prize.
The big demon, dressed in an elegant butler's uniform, asks politely, "Young master, if you trust me, I can go alone."
The little demon, wearing more than a dozen strange outfits, smiles brightly. "Young master, leave it to me! It's been so long since I got new clothes."
The red slime pats its watery body. "Young master, let me go. I'll make sure none of them get away!"
The ram-headed demon, with an arsenal of weapons in a pocket dimension behind him, says, "Young master, let me go. Expanding our territory can't wait!"
Yori flicks his tail and realizes there's no way he can live lazily after all.
Raising the cubs:
1. My writing isn't great, but I'm working on it. (Sincerely)
2. Lots of fluff, and other cute little ones too.
3. The protagonist is marked as the male lead, but the point of view is unclear. There are all sorts of perspectives.
4. No one is serious. They're probably all goofballs. Basically, everyone's a cub enthusiast. Thanks!
5. I'm doing my best to keep this safe for everyone. Just, please read without overthinking it. I'm begging you!
6. I hope you lovely readers will send lots of flowers and paw prints~
Please be civil, keep things harmonious, harmonious, and harmonious! Harmony is a must!
Theme: We can only make progress by living together in harmony
I kept up with the large army and pressed my claws. I hope Zaizai, the centaurs and the elves are all fine.
Alas, I don't like this princess
It can be seen that the character of the little princess is self-centered, very silly, which is okay, but I can't like this kind of person, alas.
This is a sneak peek to meet the parents, hahahaha
Astalia: Danger Σ( ° △ °|||)
Woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo Are my tears too low? Qaq
