A Novel About an Author Who Can't Write a Novel

The author really can't write a novel anymore, so I'm turning my experience of being unable to write one into a novel.

-

"I love the most extravagant thing in the world while dressed in rags."

-

I'll skip the synopsis for now because the idea might change.

The theme should be something about passion and such. The core is the line above.

It might be a modern romance, or maybe I'll add some weird unsolved mysteries. I haven't decided yet.

Theme: Fate and the self.
