Even the Zombie Queen Has to Fall in Love, Right?

After being reborn from the apocalypse, Luo Qingfei's first move was to find the zombie queen who had kept him penned up as food during the apocalypse.

Her name was Nie Yunchang. She was a young, beautiful personal trainer at a fitness club, skilled in martial arts, and often competed in underground boxing matches for prize money.

This proud, beautiful woman evolved into a terrifying zombie queen after the apocalypse, commanding all zombies and destroying one human base after another.

Every moment of helplessness and every unforgettable memory in Luo Qingfei's life could be traced back to her.

This time, he would stop her from becoming a zombie at any cost.

After the zombie virus broke out, Nie Yunchang rescued a handsome, wealthy young heir. He had enough supplies to provision an entire city, but no special abilities and was just an ordinary person.

For the sake of his supplies, Nie Yunchang accepted his offer and became his personal bodyguard.

She would protect him, and his supplies too.

Somehow, before long, Nie Yunchang had ended up protecting her benefactor in bed.

Perhaps it was because her benefactor's face was just too handsome.

Later, Nie Yunchang witnessed her pampered, helpless benefactor wipe out the rebels in an entire city with a snap of his fingers.

That day, his gaze was cold and sinister, and his methods brutal and bloody. He was like a demon crawling out of the depths of hell. Yet the moment he turned and saw her, he broke into a gentle smile as warm as the spring sunshine.

Blood dripped from his hair onto his white shirt. Stepping over bloody footprints amid the heaps of wreckage, he walked over to her and said, "A Chang, you're finally here. I was so scared."

Nie Yunchang: "..." I'm the one who's fucking scared.

In the end, though, she didn't call him out. As usual, she took out a tissue and wiped the blood from his long, slender fingers.

Taking his hand, she said, "Sorry I'm late. Let's go home."

A ruthless, taciturn lone-wolf heroine vs. a sweet-talking, dark-hearted snake of a hero.
