What Do I Do If I Turn into a Cat Every Day?

Su Qing has a little secret.

Every night, he turns into a cat.

As a student, Su Qing excels in both character and academics, the well-behaved darling of his teachers and elders.

As a cat, Su Qing is the most fearsome and imposing cat boss in the entire city.

Every day, Cat Su Qing is either settling turf disputes or dealing with the everyday troubles of cat life.

Ever since he started turning into a cat, Su Qing has led a fulfilling life: rushing off before he can finish his homework, then getting up early every day to frantically make up the exercises he missed.

In short...

Little Su, weighed down by schoolwork, nearly arrived late again today because he hadn't gotten enough sleep. He was worried his place at the top of the grade rankings might be in jeopardy.

If he wasn't ranked first, his name wouldn't be listed beside Gu Mian's in the standardized exams.

Su Qing secretly likes Gu Mian.

*

Gu Mian has always had two secrets.

He's had a crush on Su Qing, who goes to the high school next door, for a long time.

He can understand cats.

*

Cat Su Qing, crouched by the window: Gu Mian is so amazing, studying even this late.

Cat Su Qing: I! Like! Gu! Mian! So! Much!

Human Gu Mian: (ears turning red)

Childhood friends x childhood friends

A seemingly aloof, actually gentle and easily embarrassed top x a sweet, well-behaved bottom who's actually super brave

Little Su and Little Gu are the best in the world!

A pure-love sweet treat, cozy with no angst, short story, around 200,000 characters (probably).

This time, I'm really a pure-love warrior!!!!
