Our Dorm Is the Backbone of the Entertainment Industry

Lin Yunong and her roommates' usual group activity is complaining about all the stars in the entertainment industry.

The top-tier star is a terrible actor, a singer-songwriter has run out of ideas, and the award-winning actor doesn't deserve his reputation...

Together, they lament that the entertainment industry hasn't had a true shining star in ages: today's celebrities just aren't good enough.

That night, everyone in the dorm gets bound to a Superstar-Making System and ordered to save the dull entertainment industry.

System: If you think you can do better, then you do it.

System: I don't care which one of you becomes a superstar. I'm not picky.

System: If you fail, I'll post the videos of you trash-talking celebrities all over the internet.

Everyone in the dorm: ???? Give us a break!

After eighteen years of hard work, Lin Yunong finally gets into A University, the school she's always dreamed of attending.

Though she'd been top of the class at everything since childhood, she discovers that next to her roommates, she's just a useless little nobody.

There's a research genius from a wealthy family, a pure first love who manages a fishing ground without ever messing up, and a dazzling, cool, and assertive influencer.

She seems to have nothing but a strange collection of interests that she loses enthusiasm for after three minutes.

But Lin Yunong has no idea how her roommates see her: attentive to the smallest detail, clear-minded, cute and optimistic...

She's their irreplaceable little ray of sunshine.

* A feel-good story about running an entertainment company

* The roommates' relationships are all friendship. I haven't figured out the romance yet, and the male lead may not appear until much, much later.

* My favorite actor Du Ma has retired. I don't follow celebrities, and none of the characters in this story are based on real people.

* If anything seems similar, it's just an unfortunate coincidence. There will be many different kinds of celebrities, so I'm clarifying that here in the blurb.
