Mr. Mori in Yokohama has been feeling troubled lately.
The organization... I mean, the company is in the midst of a growth spurt, but a capable subordinate suddenly handed in a resignation letter, saying she wanted to quit and have her pay settled early.
There are just too many things to pick apart here. He doesn't even know where to start.
For example, how did he not know their company even allowed people to resign?!
*
Nao, who had successfully sent Mr. Mori's blood pressure soaring, didn't care whether her boss was using the company's health insurance to get another prescription for blood pressure medication.
She had something more important to think about now.
After all, planning a wedding is a very complicated business.
That's right, she's getting married.
Because her fiancé, Kurosaki, is an ordinary person with no special abilities, a frail constitution, and no talent for fighting, Nao had always been a little troubled by Yokohama's overly developed specialty industries, and by the fact that she herself actually worked in Yokohama's specialty Mafia industry.
After discussing the matter with a friend who had successfully defected, Nao finally had an epiphany.
So the next day, she put a resignation letter on her boss's desk.
Mr. Mori, whose blood pressure shot up after receiving the letter: ...Why couldn't you just defect like Dazai?
*
In short, although the process was a little convoluted, she didn't manage to quit her job, but she did get an unlimited amount of wedding leave.
That's because Mr. Mori absolutely refused to sign the resignation letter. He even said that if she kept pressuring him, he would hold on to Alice and leave her wedding without one very important flower girl.
Mr. Mori, a boss deeply victimized by his subordinates, wept bitterly.
Even if he has to worry every day about whether a subordinate will hang him from a streetlight in the middle of the night, he absolutely will not sign a resignation report!
*
Wedding leave really is wonderful.
She doesn't have to be called back to the office to work overtime by Mr. Mori every other minute.
She doesn't have to keep restraining the urge to hang her evil boss from a streetlight.
Her new home in Beika Town is also a wonderful place, full of talented people.
Although the blond shop clerk often takes time off,
the elementary schooler at the detective agency upstairs always triggers strange incidents,
and strange noises sometimes come from the house of the amazing inventor next door,
Nao still remains emotionally stable about it all.
Her: The world feels so much better now that I don't have to work~

When a fully leveled substitute Soul Reaper was getting ready to graduate and get married, acquaintances from the Soul Society and Hueco Mundo came out in full force to attend the wedding in the World of the Living.
As a result, Urahara's shop sold out of artificial bodies. The unscrupulous merchant made a huge fortune and was so happy he could barely close his mouth.
The groom himself, however, wasn't optimistic.
Just thinking about the Squad Eleven captain who might split the wedding venue with a single sword strike, the Leopard King who might drag him off to fight...and all the other strange creatures,
Ichigo felt that this wouldn't do.
Would his gentle, kind, considerate, ordinary-person fiancée really not be frightened by all these battle maniacs?
*
Thinking that Yokohama and Karakura Town weren't suitable places for a frail ordinary person to live, they turned their attention to neighboring Beika Town, which was relatively peaceful.
Well, there aren't any Mafia or strange Hollows here, so it should be a pretty livable place.

1. Full-time translator and part-time substitute Soul Reaper Kurosaki, who has defeated Yhwach and graduated from university, x Nao, a Port Mafia employee and manager of the Poirot Cafe. Side couples: Ameori and Weilan.
2. The early story has a Mr. and Mrs. Smith setup, with two fully leveled powerhouses who each see the other as fragile putting on an act. Their identities will probably be exposed around the middle, and later they'll work together to refresh everyone's understanding of the world of Conan.
3. This isn't a pure slice-of-life story. There will be plenty of daily life, but also a central main quest. Some original ability users will appear. As of August 2023, even if new ability users based on literary figures appear in the official Bungou Stray Dogs series later, I won't change the character settings here. (BTW, I actually think these characters I wrote probably won't appear in Bungou Stray Dogs.)
Please see the author's note in Chapter 1 for information to read before starting. If there's anything else that needs explaining later, I'll put it here.
Also, whenever an original ability user based on a literary figure appears, an introduction will be provided.

_(:з)∠)_Once again, Ichigo is really one of the few hot-blooded male protagonists whose IQ, strategy, EQ, and mind are online. Especially he is really very smart! ! Compared to many hot-blooded comics with straight-ahead and bold male protagonists, Ichigo is delicate and relatively transparent. His only belief is to protect his family and friends. The difference from many hot-blooded comic protagonists is that Ichigo actually doesn't care much about justice and peace. He never sympathizes with his enemies and will not sympathize with each other's miserable situation. His only will is "You are an enemy. If you will hurt my relatives and friends, then please die!"
At the same time, Ichigo understands that he is fighting as a sword a lot of the time - knowing and voluntarily being a sword, and being forced to be a sword are two different things. He feels that his relatives and friends are in crisis, so he will go to the rescue regardless of right or wrong, justice or not. If you want to argue with him about morality and justice, he will only hit you with Getsuga Tensho in return. This is Ichigo.
Wow, he is a mature shounen manga protagonist.
Gave birth to the Spirit King???
Help: What should I do if my second uncle is having sex with his sister in front of him without knowing it?
When I think of it together, I suddenly feel that the world is vast.
Our public security bureau started reporting student associations this year, and all the ID numbers were reported. When the school didn't notify them, they thought it was a fraud.
Emmm, Ichigo has never seen the heroine cry before. It's a sentence bug. The heroine cries happily every day when planting trees and when she gets married.
Jing Guangguang: Today is still the day I want to punish my brother-in-law
What does the port have to do with you?
[Orange Candy] I've eaten it. Can there be a sequel?
