[Contains extensive fictionalized stories set during the Archon War]
[In the early chapters, Morax is young, hot-tempered, and not as mild-mannered as he is when serving as an adeptus]
Morax realized he might be hallucinating, because one day he suddenly discovered he could see someone: not far away, and invisible to everyone else. When that person realized Morax could see him, he returned his gaze with casual indifference. Given the special circumstances of the Archon War, Morax had to be cautious. But after a series of tests failed to yield any results, he began to wonder if he was hallucinating.
"So you're saying you think you're hallucinating?" Azhdaha looked at the Geo Archon, who seemed to be questioning his sanity.
"...Maybe."
"Maybe?"
"He responds to me."
"How does he respond?"
"Like right now... He knows we're talking about him. He's watching us."
"...Forgive me for asking, but is this hallucination of yours a man or a woman? What do they look like? I mean, could you describe their appearance?"
"Probably a man. His appearance? Quite lovely. White hair, pointed ears..."
"Wait, wait, Morax, stop. Don't you think there's something a little off about what you just said?"
"Ah, my apologies. It was rude of me to presume to comment on his appearance. Such remarks are indeed improper. Please forgive me."
"Wait, wait, wait. Don't rush to apologize to the air over there. I mean, you know, I'm a being formed from the elements, not a true dragon, so I'm different from you. So I don't know whether you..."
"Azhdaha, what are you trying to say? Be concise."
"I mean, is it possible that your dragon nature is showing itself and you've simply become lovesick, so you imagined... the person of your dreams?"
Morax was silent for a moment.
"...That is absolutely impossible."
"Could you explain that silence just now?"
After talking it over with Azhdaha, Morax had a sudden revelation.
He needed to find a way to prove the other person wasn't a hallucination.
Morax thought.
...Although the other person did happen to be exactly his type.
? The CP is in the title.
? To reiterate, early on Morax is young and hot-tempered, more or less. He's different from Zhongli. All right, it's OOC (x).
? As usual, updates are whenever.
? Later, Morax will prove that the other person is his wife, not a hallucination.
? No logic, and the writing is crap too. Read at your own risk.
