Yang Youzhi is good at balancing work and play. He studies when it's time to study and has fun when it's time to have fun. Since he's good at both, he's always been popular.

All in all, he's a well-behaved student.

If there's anything special about him, perhaps it's that he's more handsome than the average engineering student and takes better care of his appearance. He's never had to worry about the gender imbalance in his major.

The story begins on the first day of the master's program.

Yang Youzhi has just arrived and has lots to prepare. He goes to pick up a package and checks his phone for the pickup code, only to see a notification from some package-delivery app: "Package delivered."

? Who picked up his package before he could?

The staff at the campus package center are so busy they're in a daze. All they can do is give him the phone number of the person who signed for it and tell him to get in touch himself.

Yang Youzhi texts the number asking the person to return his package. After a long while, he gets just one reply: "Okay."

He waits at the package center, growing more and more impatient, until a tall, handsome guy finally shows up. He seems distracted, still looking at his phone. "Sorry."

Yang Youzhi takes the package and sizes him up. This guy must be an athlete.

It isn't until a research group meeting that their advisor introduces him: "This is your PhD senior, Jiang Ze. He's published quite a few papers in leading journals. Ask him if you have any questions."

Yang Youzhi looks at him. Isn't this the guy who picked up his package by mistake the other day?

They are in the same research group, and their lives begin to intersect.

Jiang Ze: "Come to my dorm. I'll explain."

Yang Youzhi: "Senior, how should I get started on this project?"

Jiang Ze: "Come to my dorm. I'll explain."
