Peach Blossom Snow

I'm considering revising this, so updates will come later.

"Before I met you, love was an abstract idea I could never reach."

**

When Chi Ying ran into Zhou Gu at a jewelry store, she was trying on an emerald wedding ring called "Spring in Tuscany."

The emerald green shone against her cool, pale skin, and even Zhou Gu's female companion was quite taken with it.

When old acquaintances meet again, if they aren't comparing how their lives have turned out, then they're competing to see who can hide their feelings better.

After trying on the wedding ring, Chi Ying turned to leave, convinced she'd done a good job playing the role of a stranger.

But Zhou Gu suddenly asked, "If you've set a date, when are you sending out the invitations?"

His words shattered the calm concealing the turbulent undercurrents. Chi Ying realized that, thanks to this twist of fate, even saying "long time no see" had become difficult between them.

She calmly asked in return, "What about you two?"

They were both as composed as a spring pond. There was no wind, and the lake's surface couldn't even be bothered to ripple.

What she didn't expect was that, one spring day, Zhou Gu had once pinned her against the back seat in the cramped car. The force in his hands and the look in his eyes were like a category twelve typhoon.

For others, the wind passes without a trace. Even his brief visit left destruction no one could have foreseen.

A less serious one-line blurb

My future wife is going to buy the wedding ring I designed with another man. That ring sure is a pretty shade of green.

*No mistress plotline, happy ending, five-year age gap

*The first chapter is the blurb; the misunderstanding is explained later

*The first half takes place on the Sichuan-Tibet Highway, but the romance develops slowly

Theme: Love others, love yourself
