The Wrong Way to Tame a Dangerous Creature

My name is Wei Buran. I’ve been different from other people since I was little. When I was fifteen, I met someone named Shi Yue. He was the captain of the Abnormal Creature Investigation and Control Bureau, or something like that. I thought he’d be just like everyone else, that he would torment and humiliate me. But that easygoing captain took me to the hospital, combed my hair, and made me instant noodles, even if he messed them up. He even took me home and shared the dumplings his father had made with me. He said he thought of me as his little brother. I was happy to be his little brother. He couldn’t cook, so I was willing to make every dish he liked. He couldn’t keep the house tidy, so I washed his clothes and cleaned up for him. Until I grew up. Until I realized that I thought of him every time I trained, that I wanted to be by his side every moment, and that seeing him smile at anyone but me made me angry and sad. I asked him what I should do if I "fell for someone I shouldn’t like." He clapped me on the shoulder and laughed as he told me, "As long as it’s not against the law, you can give it a shot." Of course I decided to take his advice. I would give it a shot. I would confess my feelings to him properly. But just then... ...I discovered that I was actually a monster. I was the SS-ranked supernatural entity the Abnormal Control Bureau had been hunting. A mindless monster with a murderous nature. * That day, I used my tentacles to drag my beloved older brother, my Shi Yue, into the supernatural domain. Here, I could do whatever I wanted. Yet Shi Yue only looked up at me from below. His breathing was ragged and his face flushed, but he showed no disgust or fear. He said... "Buran, stop. I’ll take you home."
