[Synopsis] A pretty-faced, talentless bottom who went viral for his looks x a cold, aloof movie star top who eventually falls hard In the entertainment industry, there are plenty of pretty faces who can't act or sing. Audiences can't stand them, but still have to admit, "At least their faces are gorgeous." Ruan Yunli was one of those pretty faces. He was also the person actor Yi Zhao hated most. Still, they had always kept out of each other's way. Yi Zhao's work was famous across the country, while Ruan Yunli was constantly mocked in trending topics. Nobody could see how they might be connected. Until one day, the paparazzi broke the news: They were actually involved. * They weren't actually involved, but they did know each other. They just "weren't close." Faced with the rumor, Ruan Yunli's manager came up with a terrible idea: Have them appear on the same variety show to prove their innocence. Yi Zhao actually agreed. On the show, Yi Zhao laid down three rules: "Don't act like we're close. Don't touch me. Don't make conversation when there's nothing to say." Ruan Yunli: "Okay." * Ruan Yunli obediently followed the rules, pretending he didn't know Yi Zhao and acting as if he couldn't see him. Even when he saw Yi Zhao fall, he tiptoed around him. Yi Zhao: ... Yi Zhao: You don't have to take it that literally. * Later, viewers discovered that the usually aloof Yi Zhao would actually tell other people, "Don't ignore me. "Touching me won't hurt you. "Talk to me." Viewers: Weren't they supposed to be clearing up the rumors?! Why is this kind of sweet? [Reader's Guide] 1. Yi Zhao (zhao). 2. New story: When a Timid Bottom Meets an Untouchable Beauty Tao Xingye was an orphan, timid and insecure from childhood, always hiding behind others and living like a shadow. While working, he walked into the wrong room and spent one night with the drugged young master of the Gu family. It was the most outrageous thing he'd ever done. Gu Xia was handsome and aloof, an untouchable beauty not even the actresses could win over. Tao Xingye thought that would be the last time their paths crossed. He never imagined Gu Xia would come looking for him and propose a marriage of convenience. "I'm allergic to everyone else. You're the only person I can touch. I want to hire you to help me treat my condition." Tao Xingye: What kind of strange illness is that? * A strange rumor spread through their circle: Gu Xia had gotten married. Everyone knew Gu Xia was arrogant and obsessed with cleanliness, and that he looked down on everyone. His spouse was a complete nobody. Some people predicted, "We'll hear that they've divorced in less than three months." Only Tao Xingye knew... Gu Xia wasn't just not a clean freak. He was practically touch-starved. He had to cuddle while sleeping, hold hands while eating, and get a goodbye kiss before going out. Tao Xingye lowered his eyes timidly, not even daring to rest his hand on Gu Xia. Gu Xia took his hand. "It's for the allergy treatment." * Three months later, Gu Xia began taking Tao Xingye to all sorts of events. Later, everyone knew that Gu Xia had a timid spouse who was easily startled and terribly shy, yet whom the CEO treasured as his own life. The untouchable beauty had been brought down to earth. [Bonus Scene] Tao Xingye thought Gu Xia's condition had gotten better. Someone tried to introduce a person to Gu Xia, and Gu Xia touched them without having an allergic reaction. He cautiously suggested that he should leave. Gu Xia calmly pinched his wrist until it turned red. "I'm not better yet." "Let's keep treating it."
