I Became the Lord of a LEGO City After Cosplaying Through

Years after becoming the Lord of LEGO City, whenever I think back to that afternoon that set this whole story in motion, I still regret it bitterly. I wish I could get my hands on a time machine and stop my past self and my best friend from running our mouths and throwing so many worlds together on a whim!

What awaits you is nothing less than hell!

But there is no time machine, so even today I still weep over everything I have to do as the city lord.

The city lord herself would like to announce to the world today: Don't drink poison just because you're a LEGO figure and can't die, don't get careless and lock yourself inside the Prison Realm again, and whatever you do, don't stage a Pure Black Nightmare, LEGO edition, at an amusement park!

Life went on like this until one day, when our secretary told us that the bandage-wearing guy had taken the Prison Realm containing five sealed-up cats and gone to another world.

Me and my best friend: "???"

Let's hope the people in that world are all right. (Read in a flat voice.)

All the people already mercilessly tormented by their parallel-world selves: "...?"

Hello? Is this something a person would do?

Reader's guide:

1. This is LEGO AU, absurd and illogical. Everything is set up to serve the plot.

2. The first chapter is in first person; everything after that is in third person.

3. The protagonist is a gender-swapped Saiki from one author's work and a gender-swapped Guda from the other's. Their abilities include original elements.

4. Everyone gets a happy ending. I'll try to keep things light and funny.

Theme: To be filled in later.
