Blurb:
At eighteen, penniless An Jiu receives a job offer from a cemetery.
Room and board included, with a daily wage of two thousand. Her days are free; she only needs to watch over the cemetery at night, wipe the tombstones, and clean up.
After being poor for most of her life, An Jiu grabs her suitcase and heads straight to the cemetery, where she gets hired without a hitch.
The cemetery owner is very busy. The only thing An Jiu finds in her security booth is a guide to running the cemetery.
1. The cemetery is open from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The rest of the time is your working hours.
2. Before opening each day, clean the cemetery. Make sure there is no trash inside and that the tombstones are free of dust, bloodstains, broken branches, skin fragments, and other filth.
3. If you need to leave the security booth during working hours, be sure to put on your uniform. When cleaning, bring the designated cleaning supplies.
4. If you experience heart palpitations, dizziness, hallucinations, or similar symptoms while working, return to the security booth immediately and stay there until the symptoms pass. Make sure you feel fine for half an hour before resuming work.
Reading these bizarre rules, absurd enough to leave her speechless, An Jiu finally understands why a job with such generous benefits has been unable to find anyone to fill the position for years.
At first glance, it doesn't seem like a normal job for normal people.
Fortunately... she isn't exactly normal either.
Reader's Guide:
1. The female lead has a golden finger and isn't exactly normal.
2. Mild horror (though it might not be scary), with the plot as the main focus. This book will try to include more romance.
3. The dungeon arcs and main storyline have a 4:6 split. This book has a lot more main-story content and is an unconventional infinite-flow story.
