After returning to her hometown for her late grandmother's funeral, Shi Qing learned that her grandmother had left her a dilapidated little shop, tucked away in the deepest part of the village.
She had been raised by her grandmother from childhood, but had never known that she ran a little shop.
Shi Qing had originally planned to tidy up the shop and close it down, but inside she found an old notebook bearing her grandmother's unmistakable handwriting as its title.
[Little Shop Operating Guide]
1. The shop is open from 12:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. At all other times, keep the door curtain tightly shut. No one except the shopkeeper may enter.
2. Everything in the shop is for sale. Every item has its price. Do not question the merchandise or its price.
3. The shop only serves customers dressed entirely in black. If you see a customer who isn't dressed entirely in black, they are not here to buy anything. Lower your head and pretend you don't see them.
4. If you see a customer dressed entirely in red, be sure to look at their face. If they have no features, turn off the shop lights at once! Do not speak to them! Do not make a deal with them!
Shi Qing lowered her head to read the strange guide, but out of the corner of her eye, she caught a flash of bright red.
She instinctively looked up and saw a slender figure in a pure red dress, pale as paper.
Even more terrifying...
The person in front of her had no face at all.
A cold touch crept down Shi Qing's neck. The strange figure in red leaned close to her ear and whispered softly:
"Shopkeeper, how much does a living person's heart cost?"
Reader's guide:
1. This is not a traditional infinite-flow novel. It leans toward Chinese-style horror and is not primarily about running a business!
2. Romance, with a male lead.
3. Before the paid chapters begin, updates will follow the ranking schedule. Afterward, there will be three chapters a day, with occasional bonus updates.
Theme: A strange little shop that sells everything.
