The Saniwa Is a Child of the Light

At first, the Time Government fought the Swords of Retribution simply to protect the history of its own world. But as the fighting went on, it discovered that the Swords of Retribution had begun appearing in some similar worlds nearby, too... Ah, who knows if that was good or bad. Overall, bad.

Fortunately, some of these worlds were high-spirit or high-risk worlds. They had spiritual energy, and plenty of people who could awaken swords, which eased the pressure in certain respects. So the Time Government would find some Saniwa from those worlds to help out.

This time, the Time Government discovered a new world. The world's consciousness had taken physical form as a being called the Great Bird of Light. This world had no concept of humans; its inhabitants were called Children of the Light. They all had the power to purify dark plants, and they were all children of the light...

Most importantly, this world's purifying power was so strong that the Swords of Retribution simply didn't exist there.

For the Time Government, which was short on staff and worked itself to the bone every day protecting the histories of so many worlds, this was unbelievably tempting. But there was a problem: there were no Swords of Retribution in this world, so trying to rope its residents into helping was downright unreasonable.

Fortunately, the Great Bird of Light was gentle by nature and agreed to help, though it wouldn't work for free, and it couldn't send all its children to become your employees.

"I'll start by giving you five children I'm proud of. They'll help ease your burden."

Well, even five was pretty good. With powerful spiritual energy and excellent qualities, they were a promising start for the Time Government, which had been around for who knows how many years and still couldn't get the number of Saniwa past four digits...

The ones sent out: graduates who've completed every map, seasoned problem children: ...Um.

All five kids were the kind of children their ancestors wanted to hit but couldn't bring themselves to, wanted to teach but had no idea how, and who all had psychological issues.

For example, the deadpan, snarky little boy; the crybaby, violent Rain Mom; the naughty Kaka; the shut-in history buff Pinggu; and the restless White Bird.

Mostly everyday life, crossover with Bungo Stray Dogs, Jujutsu Kaisen, and parallel worlds. The Time Government is the bright, upright, and mighty kind! There are corrupted swords, but very few.

Mutual healing.

They're all Children of the Light. There are no ancestors, and the world's pillars can't possibly be lent out! Children of the Light can't die and are hard to hurt. They can be corrupted, but they can be purified. Children of the Light don't recognize each other, so they still look like little black figures when they meet, but they don't look that way to non-Children of the Light, and vice versa.

The author has never played Touken Ranbu, and was just an outsider drawn in by Touken Ranbu fanfiction. Any OOC is on me. Okay, there will definitely be OOC, so please go easy on me. Thank you so much!
