Tao Yan is a tree spirit who has cultivated for a thousand years on Mount Kunlun. Blessed with an abundance of spiritual energy, she ascends to immortality in one fell swoop and lands directly in the main hall of the Thirty-Third Heaven.
At the time, a group of immortals in the hall are working together to activate the Xuanling Mirror and predict when the Demon Lord will be born. But Tao Yan, who has just ascended, interrupts them. The Xuanling Mirror turns into a point of light and enters her forehead, leaving behind only a red dot.
As the Xuanling Mirror enters Tao Yan's forehead, she seems to see countless scenes. When she opens her eyes again, she remembers only the face of a man: aloof and otherworldly, incomparably noble, dressed in black, with crimson eyes.
Once she comes to her senses, she looks up and meets the gaze of the person seated at the center of the hall. For a moment, she is dazed. Isn't this the very same person she'd just seen in her mind? He has the same face, but this man exudes an even greater air of authority and righteousness, as if no one could dare to challenge him.
"Tao Yan, the Xuanling Mirror has merged with you. From now on, stay by my side," the Heavenly Lord says in a cool voice.
While staying by the Heavenly Lord's side, Tao Yan's daily routine consists of taking pills and doing her best to use the Xuanling Mirror's power to predict the future.
One day, the Heavenly Lord returns from an exorcism mission injured. After entering the hall, he sends everyone away and approaches Tao Yan step by step, his eyes crimson. "I need to borrow your spiritual energy to recover."
The sight of him like this awakens the Xuanling Mirror in Tao Yan's mind, and she recalls the Demon Lord's appearance. Her lips tremble. "My lord, how do you want to borrow my spiritual energy?"
The Heavenly Lord draws closer and closer, his warm breath falling directly beside her ear. "Spiritual cultivation."
Seeing the Heavenly Lord acting as if he'd been possessed, Tao Yan shuts her eyes and chops him on the neck. He promptly faints.
"Why say something like spiritual cultivation when you could just ask? Get some sleep and let your body recover first." Tao Yan puts him on the bed and dusts off her hands.

Upcoming story: I Can't Live Without the Crown Prince
[Bright, confident, outspoken heroine x stern, insecure, clingy hero]
Mo Xing Shuang comes from a noble family and has had everything go her way since childhood. But lately, something strange has been happening. Her once-vigorous body has become frail and sickly, and she hasn't recovered despite a long period of rest. Then, at a banquet, something changes.
When Mo Xing Shuang faints from the pain, the Crown Prince reaches out to catch her. The moment he does, all the pain in her body disappears.
In her excitement, Mo Xing Shuang pretends to faint in the Crown Prince's arms. She stays there until her maid helps her up, screaming in her heart, "Don't come near me! It took me so many days to feel better for even a little while!"
Mo Xing Shuang starts running into the Crown Prince again and again.
The Crown Prince takes a step back, his voice icy. "I have a bad temper. If you keep bothering me, Miss Mo, I'll have to tell your father." Mo Xing Shuang looks completely sincere. "I'm not trying to bother you. I can't live without Your Highness the Crown Prince!" So what if he has a bad temper? You still have to take your medicine even if it tastes awful.
Mo Xing Shuang spends a fortune on an actor while watching a show, is seen coming and going with the newly appointed scholar, and even has an irritating male cousin constantly hanging around her! The Crown Prince is jealous. "Didn't you say you couldn't live without me? Why are you spending so much time with other men?" He takes Mo Xing Shuang by the hand. She looks at him blankly. "Your Highness, is something the matter?"
Jealous, the Crown Prince says, "Miss Mo, are you going to have your fun and then abandon me?"
Mo Xing Shuang: "..."
Later, Mo Xing Shuang's illness stops flaring up all the time, and she starts having fun all over the capital. When she comes home late at night, she finds the Crown Prince looking like a neglected wife. He sighs. "I hear the new one's laughter, but never the old one's tears." On the bed, Mo Xing Shuang's eyes are red, tears glistening in them. She holds the Crown Prince's hand, fingers intertwined, her voice coming in broken phrases...
Before the Crown Prince's wedding, everyone in the capital knows how much effort Miss Mo put into pursuing him. Throwing herself into his arms was nothing to her (Mo Xing Shuang: Explain what you mean by throwing myself into his arms. I was holding on to my lifeline!). After the wedding, however, everything changes. The Crown Prince is always clinging to the Crown Princess and can't bear to be apart from her for even a moment.
Mo Xing Shuang: They don't know that I really can't live without the Crown Prince. I mean that literally, so don't read too much into it.
The Crown Prince: Shuang'er really does love me!
