Fear of Circles [Infinite Flow]

“This world seems fake.” Han Yang murmured as she stirred her coffee. The person across from her paused, then casually started talking about a handsome new celebrity. Han Yang lifted her spoon in front of her eyes, blocking the other person’s face. “This is a circle.” Then she pointed to the round bowls and plates on the table, the circular decorations all over the café walls, the circular patterns on people’s clothes, and the round floor tiles... And the other person’s face. “You... and all of you.” She pointed at the people all over the street. “Why do all of you have round eyes on your faces?” Have you ever taken a close look at the shape of a circle? One day, Han Yang realized that they were actually eyes watching her. Han Yang woke up one morning to find that she was the only person left in the entire world. On the seventh day of surviving alone, she was half-asleep when a swollen, deathly pale face stared at her. Order crumbled. Bloated, skin-covered little demons, corpse flies driven to breed, a woman sleeping underground... Her apocalypse had officially begun. Theme: Always hold on to hope
