Spreading Materialism in a Supernatural World [Infinite]

When Que Ling graduated, she received a strange job offer.

There were no requirements for degrees, certificates, or internship experience, and the pay was incredibly high. All she had to do was fill out a survey asking whether she believed in ghosts.

Que Ling answered no to every question. She was a staunch materialist and never believed in supernatural forces.

On her first day, the company sent her to be a streamer in a virtual game.

The game claimed to be one hundred percent realistic, even simulating the sinister aura of ghosts perfectly. Que Ling streamed her daily adventures for her viewers.

What she didn't know was that a crowd of ghosts outside the stream was waiting to laugh at her.

"Another newbie who got tricked into coming here. Just wait until a ghost haunts her. Then she'll know what fear is!"

"I love watching pretty young girls get so scared they cry."

Faced with evil ghosts running wild in the game, the helpless pretty girl raised a Gatling gun. Her unwavering materialism awakened the strongest physical attack.

The ghosts fleeing in every direction: That's not scientific!!

To counter physical attacks, the ghosts tried everything to make Que Ling believe that ghosts existed.

After overcoming obstacle after obstacle, an evil ghost finally reached Que Ling and took off its own head.

"See? There are ghosts in this world."

Que Ling scolded it in exasperation. "What have I always told you? The most important thing for a ghost is to stay hidden."

With that, Que Ling broke her seal.

The Ghost King had returned.
