Heng Qiao's memories only go up to age 15. He never cared much about the seven missing years.

But the looks his adopted brothers give him gradually turn guilty and infatuated. His childhood friend, who's engaged to his brother, keeps running into him while he's on dates, his eyes burning with jealousy.

The son of one of his father's former retainers, supposedly a man with an aversion to emotional entanglements, makes an unprecedented move and asks him on a date.

In a stack of old letters, Heng Qiao finds a wedding invitation with his name on it. Yet the other person named on it was clearly eliminated from his list of potential partners.

And then there's his former heir brother...

Standing by his bed in the middle of the night, as if he can't decide whether to kill him or... kiss him?
