I Got on the Wrong Bus and Entered an Infinite Game

Lin Yu only meant to return to his hometown for a funeral, but with his train ticket in hand, he ended up boarding a bizarre train. At first, there were the conductor's strange announcements. Then the passengers began discussing increasingly abnormal topics, and there was also the seatmate who didn't look human.

At exactly midnight, a mechanical male voice rang through the carriage: [Game start] [This mission's theme is "Xiangxi Parkour." Historical survival rate: 10%. Enjoy your experience!]

Lin Yu looked at the entire carriage, which held only five people. "...What kind of junk train is this?"

At first, Lin Yu's teammates thought he was another pretty but useless cannon fodder: "Don't hold us back. You're in for a rough time."

NPCs of all kinds: He looks like an easy target.

Then, when the "death skills" from missions involving a funeral banquet, a blood-filled coffin, paper figures, and a strange village were all unleashed on Lin Yu, they soon watched him stuff ghost NPCs into trash cans, lock the key boss in a dark room, and scare the bonus character into tears.

Everyone: Big bro! Carry us through the game!

NPCs: Help!!!

Xie Chi discovered that after meeting Lin Yu, he could team up with him in every round. Everyone else thought it was incredible luck, but in Xie Chi's eyes, it meant: Lin Yu, are you secretly in love with me?

Lin Yu: "??? So, beating people up isn't illegal in this world, right?"

Before he could throw a punch, the conductor's announcement came over the train speakers: [Congratulations to players Xie Chi and Lin Yu! Couple team-up bonus: double coins! You have also received the "Mission Delayed 520 Hours" buff. Have a pleasant journey!]

Everyone: !!! My big shot got stolen by a pig!!!

NPCs: Who does that?!!!

[An outrageously cheeky, smooth-talking top vs. a calm, steady bottom who throws hands at the slightest provocation] - 2022.3.28
