My Tsundere Ancestor Always Wants to Cuddle Up to Me

(Updates will be slow; regular updates resume in June)

An Zhiheng never imagined she could be this unlucky. A streak of golden light fell from the sky and struck her, knocking her unconscious in the street and costing her her job.

She returned to her rental home, dejected. When she opened the door, she saw the bald chicken standing haughtily on the table, looking at her with contempt and disdain, like some venerable ancestor.

An Zhiheng snapped. She picked it up, intending to sell it to the auntie next door so she could make chicken soup.

The chicken's disdainful look turned to terror. A panicked, imperious voice came from thin air: "How dare you touch the noble body of this ancestor?"

From then on, An Zhiheng felt like she'd encountered a ghost, and everything in her life went wrong.

Why was this chicken so intelligent? And why did it look more and more like a protected animal now that it had feathers?

And why did it always like to crawl into her bed in the middle of the night?

One night, An Zhiheng woke up groggily, sensing something strange under the covers. She reached out and suddenly found a naked, unfamiliar woman lying beside her.

She shook the woman awake and asked, "Hey, gorgeous, who are you?"

The familiar arrogance surfaced on the woman's face. "I'm your ancestor!"

Feng Qianqian had cultivated for eight thousand years and finally managed to take human form, only to be kicked down into the mortal world by her sworn enemy.

She crashed into a passerby, who absorbed all eight thousand years of her spiritual energy.

To get it back, she had no choice but to go to that woman's home.

Wait, sticking close to her every night gives me even more spiritual energy! (The ancestor is shocked.)
