-Also known as: Is the Fourth Prince's Consort a Master of Comebacks? & I Conquered the Ancient World with My Mouth-
Blurb:
After transmigrating into the body of Ulanara, the famously unfortunate Empress in history and Yongzheng's first wife, Wu Wanyu feels like the words "born loser" are written all over her.
Before she can even figure out her new circumstances, a burly, broad-shouldered senior palace maid, with "contempt" written all over her face, suddenly appears and says Consort De wants to see her. She'd better hurry over.
What the heck? She's a modern woman. Why should she put up with ancient people's nonsense? Just because people in the past had more rules and less shame?
Wu Wanyu's fists clench. She heads off to battle, armed with the mouth that was "unbeatable" back in the modern world >>>
(*^-^*) Battle Record 1:
Consort De says sarcastically, "There are so few children in Yinzhen's household. As his principal wife, you should take better care of things, or else..."
Before she can finish, Wu Wanyu fires back: "Children aren't something I can decide on by myself. Either the Fourth Prince can't perform, or the concubines in his household can't. Why don't you grant him a few more beauties, Your Highness? Then we can see which side is the problem."
(*^-^*) Battle Record 2:
Concubine Li comes looking for trouble: "Someone in the Eldest Princess's courtyard has been stealing jewelry, and there's also a problem with Hongyun's wet nurse. I know the principal wife is usually busy, but you can't..."
Wu Wanyu: "If you know that, why are you still yapping? Have you had too much green tea?"
(*^-^*) Battle Record 3:
Yinzhen hears what happened and comes over with a frown to demand an explanation: "My mother was only thinking of the children in the household..."
Wu Wanyu: "Yes, yes, you're right. Whatever you say is right. Even when you're wrong, you're right. You're the most right person in the world."
Yinzhen: Why is my wife acting so strangely? He tries again. "I heard Concubine Li left your room in tears earlier?"
Wu Wanyu replies casually: "The wind was so strong it blew right through her brain and her eyes."
Yinzhen is completely speechless: ???
Her mouth was unbeatable in the modern world, and it's still unbeatable in another era.
After roasting everyone in the entire prince's residence, a little boy with half a shaved head suddenly runs into the room, wraps both arms around her leg with a thump, and looks up at her with shining, adoring eyes. "Mother!"
This... this is someone she can't roast...

Warnings >>>>>>
1. The female lead is a modern woman who transmigrates into the past. She can be a little difficult at first.
2. She arrives in the forty-first year of the Kangxi Emperor's reign. The original female lead has already given birth to Honghui.
3. One wonderful son is enough. She won't have any more children later.
4. The female lead's son will ascend the throne. Hongli won't be involved.
5. This is an alternate-universe Qing Dynasty setting. Consider it a parallel world with a different timeline, and please don't nitpick the history.

--The Palace Maid Who Rose to Power in the Qing Dynasty--
Blurb:
Li Shuyao transmigrates into a Qing Dynasty palace-intrigue novel as a doomed palace maid who dies young.
The maid has three close friends: one will become the future Consort Yi, one the future Consort De, and one the future Consort Ding.
She's the only expendable character.
--She's foolishly manipulated into falling out with Guoluo Qingyao, the young lady who sincerely wants what's best for her. Then she throws in her lot with Uya, fails in her attempt to seduce someone, and ends up beaten to death.
Thinking of that, Li Shuyao pats her chest in relief. Luckily, when she realized the doomed character had the same name as her, she read and memorized the entire original story.
She turns around and sees Uya still pretending to sow discord: "Actually, Qingyao doesn't mean any harm..."
Li Shuyao nods. "That's right."
Uya chokes. "Maybe she had her reasons?"
Li Shuyao wipes away a tear. "Yes, she's had such a hard time."
Uya: "About what happened before..."
Li Shuyao cuts her off. "Thanks for reminding me. I'll go apologize right now!"
Uya: "..."
The first thing Li Shuyao does after arriving is apologize to Qingyao on behalf of the original owner.
The second is bribe the head palace maid, hoping to get assigned somewhere quiet after the late-August selection of palace consorts.
Instead, she's transferred to the Palace of Heavenly Purity as a tea-serving maid.
Li Shuyao: ???
Li Shuyao originally just wanted to hang on until she turned thirty and could leave the palace.
Instead, somehow, she ends up being named "Palace Maid of the Year."
When she's made Imperial Noble Consort and stands on the high platform with her arm linked through that of her dear friend, Consort Yi, receiving the other consorts' bows, she turns and whispers to Qingyao, "This is completely absurd."
Qingyao takes her hand, keeping her eyes forward. "It's not absurd. I was the one who recommended you for a post in the Palace of Heavenly Purity back then."
Li Shuyao: ???
A few warnings:
1. The story focuses on the women's friendship, especially the bond between the female lead and Consort Yi.
2. This is an alternate history with many original details. The female lead transmigrates into a novel, so she isn't based on any historical consort. Please don't nitpick the history.
3. There is no exclusive-favoritism storyline. The female lead and Consort Yi are both clear-eyed and sensible.
4. There are palace-intrigue elements, but not many. The early chapters are about watching the drama; the later ones are about raising children.
5. The female lead will have one child.
6. Under Kangxi, palace maids could leave once they turned thirty. The age was changed to twenty-five after Yongzheng took the throne.
7. More details to come if I think of them.
