Starting Today, I’ll Build a Sect

[On hiatus due to a long break. I've lost my train of thought, so this story is paused. I'll rewrite it if I get the chance in the future.] Would you like to become the heir to a sect? Linglong chose [Yes]. She received a sect-building System and embarked on a career of completing missions. Ding-dong! Beginner's land-clearing mission complete. Reward: [Ten unremarkable spirit fields] x10. Beginner's planting mission complete. Reward: [A magical sapling that drops dried fish every day] x1. Beginner's cooking mission complete. Reward: [Two fully automatic iron cooking pots that make food that tastes mediocre, but is good enough for the disciples] x2. [Congratulations, player! All beginner missions complete! Bonus reward being issued. Please look forward to it!] * At first, Linglong, an NPC from an obscure xianxia game, only wanted to use the mysterious game System to bring her sect back to this land. Who could have guessed the game's rewards would get more and more outrageous, until she and her sect became legends throughout the cultivation world? Theme: Never forget your original purpose.
