Jiang Lingyu is a zombie. After sleeping for too long, her power has weakened, forcing her to take the form of a five-year-old girl.

Over two thousand years ago, the Jiang family was a famous and prestigious clan. As a young lady of the family, Jiang Lingyu grew up in luxury, dressed in fine clothes and wrapped in embroidered quilts. After becoming a zombie, she had even more fine food and clothing, with countless servants at her command.

But all that happened more than two thousand years ago. When she wakes from her tomb over two thousand years later, she discovers that the Jiang family has long since been wiped out by history. The modern-day Jiang family is just one poor, low-status man who has nothing going for him except a decent face.

Jiang Lingyu: The leeks in the field just keep getting worse with every harvest!

Jiang Lingyu has no choice but to pull herself together and restore her family's glory with her useless descendants!

But why is she, who is obsessed with catching ghosts to restore the Jiang family's reputation, becoming famous without even realizing it?
