After using all his divine power to heal the enemy nation's knight, who was on the brink of death, the crazed knight held him in his arms. "My divine lord, how foolish I was back then. Please forgive your admirer. I am willing to give my life for you."

Later, he risked his life to break into the altar and rescue the priest who was about to be executed.

Covered in blood, the priest smiled at him. "My beloved god, at last you have shown me mercy."

Facing the men who were begging for forgiveness and acting as if they would die without it, Liu Siyun smiled brightly. "Sure. Be my dogs. If I'm in a good mood, I might even throw you a few scraps of kindness."

What he had meant as an insult sounded like a blessing to the three men. They willingly put on their collars, with Liu Siyun holding the leash.

This time, it was his turn to toy with them. He was a natural at training dogs.

A few words of warning:

* The protagonist gets put through a little hardship early on, while the love interests get a lot of it later. All the love interests chase after the protagonist.

* Lots of author-created details, all in service of the plot.
