The Foodie Taotie Doesn't Want to Go Viral

Filming is about to begin, but an actor playing a minor role has suddenly dropped out.

Even minor roles matter, and the crew is in a panic. Casting notices cover the area around the film studio.

Several hundred people show up to audition on the very first day.

One young man stands out in particular: tall and handsome, with simple clothes and a striking face.

The young man's name is Fu Tao. He's actually a freshly adult little Taotie who has come to the human world for some life experience.

Thanks to his gluttonous nature, he's a perfect fit for the role. By a stroke of luck, Fu Tao joins the production crew and takes his first job in the human world: as an extra.

A few months later, the new series airs, and netizens exclaim:

"Who is that? When did someone like him show up in the entertainment industry? And he's such a good actor, too?!"

"I couldn't tell with the makeup in the show, but he's so handsome in real life?!"

"He's forcing me to become a fan!"

Major talent agencies compete to sign him, but Fu Tao is most concerned about one thing: "Does the company have lots of good food? How's the cafeteria?"

His agent talks to him about projects, but Fu Tao always asks one thing: "How's the food on set? Is the variety show about food?"

In an entertainment industry where everyone worries about their figure and controls what they eat to the point of obsession, Fu Tao becomes famous for his love of food.

As Fu Tao grows more popular, people are constantly digging up dirt, smearing him, and spreading rumors.

But he seems perfectly suited to forge ahead through all the turmoil, honing his acting into a fine art and becoming a versatile entertainer with countless awards.

Faced with a pile of honors, Fu Tao remains humble and unhurried. He slowly opens the oven, takes out a whole tray of roast meat, and eats with relish. Burp, that's delicious!
