I'm a Dandy, and My Father Holds Power Over the Court

After waking up, Qi Yu became the number-one wastrel in "The Struggle for Power."

Relying on his noble birth, the original Qi Yu dared to humiliate and offend anyone, including the protagonist, who was keeping a low profile and biding his time. The protagonist remembered every time Qi Yu had trampled on him, so after he overthrew the imperial court and seized power, Qi Yu died horribly.

By the usual formula, Qi Yu should have immediately turned over a new leaf, then run to cling to the protagonist and beg for his life.

But who was Qi Yu?

His father was the chancellor, powerful enough to dominate the court, and his grandfather commanded a large army as a first-rank marquis. The Qi family was deeply favored by the emperor! As long as the protagonist never took power, with a background like that, did Qi Yu need to grovel and beg for his life?

So he mocked the protagonist, whose influence had yet to take shape, and focused on suppressing him. He repeatedly infuriated the patient, scheming protagonist until his cultivation seemed to crumble, then went right back to flirting and fooling around. Dressed in a red robe, he was wild and unrestrained, and all of the capital knew that the Qi family had a beautiful menace with astounding fighting ability.

Everyone waited to see how badly this arrogant menace would be punished once he provoked the new ruler, a man known for his impartial severity.

Who could have guessed that Qi Yu's favor would grow by the day, with the Qi family standing firm in the capital right alongside him?

They began to think that the Great Zhou dynasty, which doted on the Qi family, was doomed.

Great Zhou: Rejecting n applications to end the dynasty. (smiles)

Victims' Alliance:

Qi Yu is awful! He bullies me every day!

(Qi Yu doesn't show up for a while.)

Qi Yu is awful! Why hasn't he come to bully me yet?

1. The Qi family never falls from power.

2. The top is very faithful and virtuous.

3. I don't think there are any major issues, but I'll consider adding warnings based on reader feedback.
