[This one's abandoned. Don't read it.]

Yun Shao transmigrates and becomes a prospective consort in Emperor Qianlong's harem.

She diligently makes her way forward, hoping to become a palace mistress as soon as possible so she can enjoy life and spend her days checking in and getting by.

Then, in her second year in the palace, she is promoted to Consort and given the title "Ling." That's when she realizes she's the historical Consort Ling, who rose from palace maid to Imperial Noble Consort.

As a future winner of half the game of life, she can finally lie flat from here on out

Not so fast!

The historical Consort Ling gave birth to six babies in eight years without a break to rise to the rank of Imperial Noble Consort. Having a son who became emperor was all well and good, but she gave her life in childbirth!

And Yun Shao just wants to live.

So why does she still become Imperial Noble Consort within a few decades?

Why is her only child not the fifteenth son, but still named Yongyan?

Yun Shao pats her son's shoulder with a touch of regret. "Son, don't rush to fight for the throne. First, figure out how not to be outlived by your Imperial Father!"
