The Lazy One Gets Rich by Running a Restaurant [Management]

Coming soon: I'm a Landlady in Another World

Because of a phone call from her late grandmother, Jiang Ningning was forced to inherit a restaurant and got bound to a System.

She'd thought she'd spend her days lounging around and counting money, but the restaurant was not only run-down, it was also way out in the suburbs.

Jiang Ningning: ...

This restaurant is beyond saving. Let's just destroy it!

So every day, she lounged around with a watermelon, playing dead when customers showed up and closing the restaurant when there weren't any.

At last, thanks to her tireless slacking, the restaurant unexpectedly became a hit!

Jiang Ningning: Smiling with a hint of exhaustion

"Do you believe me when I say I really wasn't trying to go viral?"

The ghosts humored her. "Sure, sure, of course we believe you! So, boss, could you plant a little more cumin?"

She broke down. "I can tell you don't believe me at all!"

After the restaurant became a huge success, her former competitors came to Jiang Ningning in tears, begging for her recipes.

The owner of a barbecue shop who didn't believe in her found it harder than scaling a mountain to get even one more pound of chili peppers.

They say even Yama asked her to improve the flavor of Granny Meng's soup!

The ghosts also saw emperors who used to fight the moment they met now playing mahjong with her!

Meanwhile, Jiang Ningning, whose exploits were reported daily in the Underworld Business News, stood with a spatula in hand.

"Hey, ghost over there! Yes, you! Your head fell off again!"

#My rival tried to play me, but I turned the tables, and now all the employees are mine#

And

#I opened a restaurant and somehow lowered the obesity rate in the underworld, and now they call me a savior#

Warning: Logic takes a back seat. This is a silly, satisfying story.
