On the Element Continent, exotic beasts run rampant. There are 118 citizens in all, and every one of them obeys the System.
Hopping into mechas to fight monsters and mine ore is their boring, monotonous daily routine.
Sodium opens her eyes and despairingly assumes that she is destined for a miserable life as a monster-fighting tool. But she soon discovers that all the newcomers have their own ideas.
Some are set on farming, some are focused on romance, and some... just want to cause trouble.
The System is frantic. "Why won't you listen? What will you do if you run into exotic beasts?"
Sodium flashes a sinister grin. "Watch closely. Our ultimate move is to use our mechas to synthesize all kinds of compounds and show them what it means to be crushed by the elements!"
As she speaks, Sodium's and Chlorine's mechas combine, and their cannons spray salt all over a giant slug...
The System stares at the slug dissolving into water, dumbfounded. "Is that how you're supposed to use the combination skill I gave you?"
Then one day, Sodium makes a mysterious suggestion:
"We're all sick of fighting monsters, aren't we? How about we take a trip to the forbidden zone in the north?"
Everyone exclaims:
"So you're the real master of getting yourself killed! So when are we leaving?"
Perhaps the truth about this strange world is hidden within the forbidden zone...

Shen Xianyu never dreamed that the next moment after happily fishing, she would transmigrate to a parallel world.
Now she's a fish that could fetch an astronomical price.

No way! To protect her own life, she decides to lead everyone down the path of scientific prosperity.

Shen Xianyu: "You got it!"
Six months later, a mysterious livestream appears on the popular short-video app Click-Clack in neighboring Country B. The streamer travels through the mountains and forests as all kinds of rare and exotic animals wander into view.
Country B's residents, worn down by the pressures of an intensely competitive society, become entranced by the beautiful natural scenery. The livestream holds the top spot in the popularity rankings.

[I hereby declare this little silver deer my son. I want to watch him grow up every day!]
As the comments go wild, the streamer Shen Xianyu cruelly reveals the truth: "Cute, right? Beautiful, right? But Country A is poor, so these little creatures are about to be sold to Country B and turned into your luxury fur and fancy flower tea."
The comments erupt in dismay: [No!]
Shen Xianyu smiles faintly. "Don't panic. There's still a way. Send me 50 to help me build a nature reserve!"
Years later, when the continent has become an ecotourism destination and Country A has finally escaped poverty, a little child stands before Shen Xianyu's statue in the central plaza and asks their mother:
"Mom, who is she?"
"No, she's not a person."
The young mother answers earnestly, "She's our guardian deity."
