Mermaid of the Abyss

Two years ago, Lin Jia received the last phone call from her older brother, Lin Fan. "Little sis, I saw a mermaid's tail!" After that, Lin Fan vanished without a trace.

Two years later, Lin Jia sails aboard an expedition vessel into the stretch of sea called "the Abyss."

"Mermaids" swarm across the deck. On the face of one of them, she sees her brother's face.

"Get out of here," he tells her.

Many years later, Lin Jia picks up a photo she took with her brother when they were children. "Brother, are you doing okay?"
