Every Time I Wake Up, I’m at a Crime Scene

Yu Yi is an ordinary noodle-shop server, but she has an extraordinary secret.

Her soul transmigrates into the body of a murder victim, one hour before they are killed.

She has no memories and no clues. The only thing she can do is stop time for thirty seconds before her death, as many times as she wants.

The only thing she can do is, within those thirty seconds...

Leave evidence.

Sheng Ren is an unusual criminal investigator. He used to be a special forces soldier, and he isn't much of a talker.

One day, he suddenly noticed that all the murders in his jurisdiction had become strange. The victims had left clues before they died, greatly helping the police solve their cases.

At first, he thought it was a coincidence. It wasn't until the young woman from the noodle shop across from the police station slipped him a little note that Sheng Ren realized something was wrong.

The handwriting on the paper was hasty, and it held only a few words.

"Don't look back. The killer is right behind you."
