If anyone's interested in interstellar military academy competitions, check out my other novel, The Strongest Analyst After Transmigrating to the Stars, in my column! You're welcome to take a look!
[Warning!! Highlighted!! There is a BL subplot pairing a sacred relic with a Buddhist son in the later "Buddha's Relic" dungeon. It doesn't get much screentime QAQ. Enter at your own risk! Seriously, enter at your own risk!] I wrote this when I was young and clueless! I didn't know this was a dealbreaker orz!
No ranking spoilers, please.
Qi Tong has had a group chat since childhood. The members are all dedicated to cosplaying as powerful cultivators, and she loves it too.
Later, after she transmigrates into a book as a cannon-fodder nobody who's destined to have her sword bones removed and golden core taken, she discovers that her chatmates really are a Sword Venerable, a Talisman Ancestor, a Buddhist son, and a Ghost King.
So the cannon-fodder Qi Tong doesn't hesitate to take up a life of begging to survive (not really).
But she never could have imagined...
She just wanted to learn swordsmanship in the Sword Venerable's secret realm.
Why does the Sword Venerable's bonded spirit sword want to form a pact with her?
She just wanted to learn talismans and make a little money.
Why does the Talisman Ancestor's good friend, a spirit artifact, call her its master?
She only went through the motions and broke into a Buddhist holy site.
Why does the Buddhist son's relic insist on recognizing her as its master?
The most ridiculous thing is,
she came to the Ghost Realm to kill the new Ghost King.
Why does the former Ghost King's spirit artifact insist on following her?
Qi Tong: Don't any of you have your own masters?!
While other cultivators travel far and wide to exterminate demons and evil spirits, she sleeps until late morning, then watches a spectacular love-triangle battle between divine artifacts while comforting her own spirit artifact.
Qi Tong: Even if I flirt around out there, you're still the only bonded spirit artifact I have.
#Wait, I haven't been flirting around at all. They're the ones who made the first move!
#You can only have one bonded spirit artifact, but you can have plenty of other spirit artifacts~
That is, until the owners of all these spirit artifacts, the great ancestors of the cultivation world, descend to the mortal realm and see their own artifacts pulling out every trick in the book and fighting for her attention.
The great masters look at Qi Tong with kind smiles: "Master? My divine artifact calls you its master?"
Qi Tong backs away step by step, laughing nervously. "Don't hit me! Just hear me out!!"
#I told you to learn things, not to seduce my spirit artifact
#I'm innocent, the spirit artifacts made the first move
#Can someone do something about this?
PS
1. One-on-one romance. Some members of the group chat will descend to the lower realm to settle scores (not really).
2. A cultivation-leveling story with a growing female lead. My take on cultivation.
3. The male lead is the group chat owner. Later, he becomes a spirit artifact and follows the female lead.
4. A later dungeon features a relic and a Buddhist son as a BL couple. They have very little screentime, so enter with caution if that bothers you.
Cultivation levels: Qi Refining, Foundation Establishment, Golden Core, Nascent Soul, Deification, Integration, Mahayana, Tribulation Transcendence, Ascension
The female lead is weak at first, but grows strong after reaching the Golden Core stage. She gets her revenge and makes her enemies eat their words, without missing a thing.
Coming Soon: The Strongest Analyst After Transmigrating to the Stars
Interstellar competition
The Seventh Interstellar Academy is poor and consistently ranks last in the league.
When it first enters the Interstellar League, it gets mocked for not having enough energy crystals.
Chen Sui, the Seventh Academy's analyst, is small and sweet-faced. The academy's support rate on the Star Network plummets to the bottom, and she becomes a laughingstock.
Just as everyone on the Star Network thinks the Seventh Academy is a lost cause and not worth anyone's time,
in the elimination round, the Seventh Academy stirs up the seabed, unleashes a giant waterspout, and floods half its competitors.
Watching a group of favored geniuses caught in the vortex while the culprit casually enjoys the show, the Star Network audience has mixed feelings:
"An S-class energy lifeform, a deep-sea shark, was just passing by and got slapped hard by a waterspout. Who can relate, people?"
"A bunch of military academy students spinning around in that waterspout. Whose spirit form isn't S-class?"
"Even the Jade Emperor would have to ride the Seventh Academy's water flume coaster :)"
Even so, plenty of people still insist:
"The Seventh Academy only has a few cheap tricks. Against the other military academies directly affiliated with the military, they'll be wiped out."
"What's the point of the Seventh Academy's strong firepower? Their analyst is still completely ordinary and would go down with one punch."
But when the league begins,
the seemingly ordinary, frail analyst puts on an exoskeleton, moves like the wind, and throws powerful punches. With gunfire flying around her, every shot hits its mark, and she smashes a high-level energy lifeform to pieces.
Her spirit form, mocked as a useless wooden stake, rises behind her as a towering tree that blocks out the sky. Its massive roots stretch through the entire forest, and countless vines burst from the ground, piercing every energy lifeform.
Not a single living thing remains within five miles of the Mysterious Forest.
Energy crystals litter the ground.
The other academies' contestants stare blankly, then raise their energy crystals in reverent tribute: We wouldn't dare move or pick these up. They're all yours.
At that moment, every voice on the Star Network falls silent for three seconds.
#We're all favored geniuses. Could you at least stand up straight while making your offering?
#Other academies: She's a weakling. Couldn't you take her down with one punch?
#Maybe we're the ones who should be going down...

Theme: As long as you remain steadfast inside, the clouds will part and the sky will clear.
I feel sorry for the heroine who took the blame. She obviously saved the brother and sister out of kindness. The brother seems to be grateful to the heroine and is unwilling to expose her. The sister is more careless and has no ability to take revenge on the real enemy. Instead, she blames and stabs the heroine in the back. This is so disgusting.
When cultivating the Tao, what is the Tao you are cultivating? Since it is the road to becoming an immortal, you must first cultivate your mind. Even if one behaves improperly, does not act righteously, and has unmatched virtues, one can actually achieve great things? Alas, this is the degeneration of the world of immortality. The Min family has no tenacity, no ambition to help the world, and no talent for fighting. She can only do one good thing and follow the small path. Women are valued by their fathers. I hope you will have Senior Sister Qi kill these kind of humans and beasts as soon as possible, so as to appease the hatred in my heart.
I don't think that ten years is a long time, no, no, I don't think that I can get relics by learning Kung Fu. When he asked this question, he was speechless as he was not worthy of being compared with Jingkong. What kind of fiction is it? You have been with someone for ten years, and they want to follow you? Does someone need your company?
A dog bites Lu Dongbin, but it doesn't recognize a good heart! It's you who repay kindness with hatred! Deserve to die!
It's so good, I finished reading it in one sitting, Big Mo Do Mo Do!
