Lost Again Today

President Takasugi has finally made it into the game! I'm dusting off an old blurb I wrote. FGO, you did good! His mother was dead, his father was away with no idea when he'd return, and his younger brother had run away during his rebellious phase. Honestly, if Kagura weren't still at home, he would have gone out and beaten those two up himself. But... He'd only stepped out for a little while, yet somehow ended up in a completely unfamiliar place. Shinya knew he was terrible with directions, but he still knew what the area around his home looked like. "Where is this?" After three days, Shinya was sure this wasn't anywhere he remembered. Shinya: ... A lost Yato with no money, but a huge appetite. There is always a chance for things to turn around. Shinya sat on a rooftop, watching a young man being cornered in an alley. He hadn't planned to get involved, but the way the man covered his mouth to cough reminded him of his mother dying in bed. It was no trouble for him, so Shinya helped the young man trapped in the alley. The young man said his name was Takasugi Shinsaku. Who was that? Never heard of him. Shinya meant to leave after helping him, but his stomach gave a very undignified growl. Takasugi Shinsaku immediately offered to treat him to a meal. When he learned Shinya had nowhere to go, Takasugi smiled and offered to let him come along. Then he added, "I'll make sure you're full. You can have as many sweet bean buns as you want." Shinya: ! Shinya took the red-haired young man's outstretched hand. In that moment, he thought he saw a swishing red tail behind him. Was it just his imagination? Note: This Takasugi Shinsaku is President Takasugi from FGO, not Takasugi Shinsuke from Gintama. Theme: Cherish every encounter
