[Kuroko's Basketball: Akashi] HeartBeat

In his second year of middle school, Akashi Seijuro became captain of the basketball team and issued his first order: no dating, for anyone!

The incident where Haizaki stole Kise's girlfriend had made the whole team tense and caused a bad impression. Akashi was annoyed by it, so he came up with this rule to prevent anything like it from happening again and establish his authority.

Some third-year teammates had long been dissatisfied with Akashi. They seized this opportunity to criticize him at length and even came up with an "evil" plan.

"Let's get a boy to pretend to be a girl and trick Akashi. That'll knock him down a peg!"

Years later, Akashi deeply regretted it. His eyes could see through an opponent's attacks, predict the flow of a game, and uncover his teammates' potential, so how had he failed to see that the person was a boy?

After years of honing my craft, I'm back!

Honestly, I don't want to write fanfiction anymore. I'm making an exception to write about Akashi because I've written the story of him and Shiraki twice before.

In 2018, I was unhappy with the 2015 version and decided to rewrite it. I've grown a little since then, and now I'm dissatisfied with both earlier versions, so I've decided to write it yet again.

The outline and first 20 chapters are done. This time, I'm determined not to go off the rails!

The main story takes place during university, with the early part covering middle and high school.

Some details may conflict with the original work, so please bear with me.

PS: This story is entirely fictional. Please don't connect it to real life.

Theme: Even when you know life is like this, you still have to live it...
