The Little Orange Cat Has Clung to the Demon Lord

A pretty, pampered little cat demon as the bottom x a scheming Demon King as the top

Yan Qiao transmigrates into a little orange cat in a cultivation novel.

The kitten has terrible spiritual roots and is incredibly lazy, greedy, and playful. He secretly left home hundreds of years ago and eventually died in a massive melee.

The problem is, his former master, whom he treated carelessly and then abandoned, seems to be Chu Tianyin, the great Demon King of the cultivation world.

Back in the present, Yan Qiao's stomach rumbles loudly.

He misses the big peach tree in the Demon Venerable's courtyard.

A full stomach is more important than anything, so Yan Qiao sneaks into the Demon Venerable's sect and, with practiced ease, climbs into the great Demon King's courtyard.

But before his paws can reach a peach, he meets the cold gaze of the person by the window.

He shudders. His round body snaps a peach branch, and he bounces straight into the dirt like a little ball, making a hole in the ground.

With a cold laugh, Yan Qiao hears the window slam shut.

Before he can rub his sore little bottom, he hears the great Demon King speak from inside.

"The wild boars in the mountains have gotten pretty bold lately."

Every word is a dig at his weight.

As a pretty little orange cat with plenty of self-respect, Yan Qiao is furious.

Meow! He's just fluffy, not fat!

Oddly, the great Demon King doesn't seem to intend to chase him away. To keep snacking on peaches, Yan Qiao shamelessly stays put and becomes a permanent fixture in the Demon Venerable's courtyard.

Soon, all the sect's disciples know that their notoriously fastidious sect leader has actually gotten a cat!

Spoiled by his master's affection, Yan Qiao lords it over the sect every day, forgetting all about the debts left behind by the little heartbreaker cat. He doesn't notice that the Demon Venerable's gaze is becoming more and more unsettling.

One day, Yan Qiao is curled up contentedly on the Demon Venerable's lap, fast asleep. In his dream, a giant peach hits him on the head, jolting him awake.

He stretches, then instinctively tries to lick his paws, only to see a pair of clean, pale hands before him. The whole cat is stunned.

The great Demon King is staring at him, eyes fixed and dangerous, as if he's about to smack the cat's bottom.

Yan Qiao quickly pretends to be obedient, rubs his stomach, and begs coquettishly out of habit. "Meow~ Hungry."

Chu Tianyin raises an eyebrow at the pretty little scoundrel in his arms.

Yan Qiao doesn't understand. The great Demon King's bed is so big, so why can't he get away?

After crying all night, Yan Qiao is finally too exhausted to cry anymore.

He curls up in the great Demon King's arms and begs miserably for mercy, admitting his mistakes between sobs. "Wah, I can't eat any more."
