Little Fox

Fusang was a little fox, a wild little fox with no parents and no one to look after him.

When he was young, he carried off a scrunched-up baby.

Later, that scrunched-up baby grew into a tall, elegant young man.

Fusang was so enamored of his kindness that he stayed by his side every day, and was even coaxed into marrying him.

On the morning after their wedding, Fusang got up with reddened eyes and a pronounced pout.

All that gentleness and courtesy had been a lie! The bamboo spirit was right: men can't be trusted!

The little fox angrily packed his bundle and set off for his fox den, only for someone to block his way at the door.

His new husband gazed at him with a pair of beautiful eyes, wearing a knowing smile. "Sangsang, yesterday you said you'd stay with me forever."

The little fox clutched his still-aching waist and wanted to cry. Waaaah, I regret it...
