This story uses the old Meteor City as a trash heap setting. I kept putting it off, and now canon has added new details that are completely different from my original idea. It’s genuinely despair-inducing.

I tried to fight it, but this idea only works with Meteor City as a trash heap. That’s core code and can’t be removed, so please cut me some slack (wipes away tears).

After the previous leader died, the Port Mafia welcomed a new boss.

They said the new boss was powerful, gentle, kind, and beautiful. In just a few short months, the entire Port Mafia had become utterly devoted to him and accepted him wholeheartedly.

Unfortunately, he was hard to track down and kept his information under wraps. No matter how much the outside world speculated about him, no one had ever seen the boss’s true face.

The Special Division for Unusual Powers even sent its own chosen wage slave undercover to find out who this new Port Mafia boss really was. There was only one core mission: uncover his true identity.
