Mouri Ran, Boss of the Black Organization

[Highlights: A darkened Ran Mouri, the boss of the Black Organization, and she kills Shinichi Kudo at the end. She may kill lots of other characters, too.]

In her previous life, Ran Mouri waited for Shinichi Kudo her whole life, then died alongside one of his enemies.

In this life, she decides to grow stronger and rely on no one.

So she practices karate even harder, reads books on strategy, studies tactics, and builds up her own organization.

While doing so, Ran remembers Shinichi Kudo once saying, "He likes bourbon."

So she names her organization the Black Organization, and officially registers all its members under liquor-themed codenames.

Warnings:

1. No logic. This is a power fantasy with Ran Mouri as the heroine.

2. The characters will definitely be out of character.

3. In her previous life, Ran Mouri never took part in the main Detective Conan storyline. She doesn't know about the Black Organization or APTX, and doesn't know that Conan Edogawa is Shinichi Kudo.

4. At first, Ran Mouri and Shinichi Kudo are childhood friends, close and innocent. Their relationship starts to fracture when Ran learns Conan Edogawa is Shinichi Kudo. In her previous life, she never knew, and blamed herself for missing Conan Edogawa's funeral because she had gone to see Shinichi Kudo. She gradually discovers that Shinichi Kudo kept many things from her in her previous life. Her feelings fade, and she devotes herself to her career.
