After I Lifted the Coffin Lid

Claiming a spot for a Kaiju No. 8 fic. I got bewitched by this man, Narumi Gen, so the blurb may change. My name is Baiguiyuan Qianye. I just crawled out of a coffin, and I know nothing except my name and basic life skills. In front of me is a girl who claims to be my mother, and behind her is a horde of monsters running wild. Baiguiyuan Qianye: ... Well, this is a hell-level start. Making trouble is out of the question. Baiguiyuan Qianye is pretty laid-back, and he opened a cafe. He'll just let his memories come back in their own time. His life now is already happy enough. That was what he thought, until the day he clashed with the Japan Defense Force. I shouldn't have lost. But in the end, I slipped up. For reasons even I don't understand, I couldn't bring myself to strike. But I never expected the person on the other side to look like he was about to cry when he saw my face. I was the one who was about to get beaten to pieces. My name is Baiguiyuan Qianye. It turns out I used to be a member of the Japan Defense Force. It turns out the First Division captain is completely useless at everyday life. No wonder I'm so good at taking care of people. And... It turns out the Japan Defense Force First Division captain was my lover when I was alive. Oh no, does that mean I have to take care of one more person? Theme: Cherish the people and things in front of you. Cherish the present.
