Cherry Sweet Wine

Ying Li wanted to get back at her archrival, so she set her sights on her rival's dream guy, Shen Siyu.

The first time she saw Shen Siyu, he was wearing a shirt washed pale with wear. His features were cool and striking, and when he looked up, snow seemed to scatter in his eyes.

He was like a flower blooming high on an inaccessible peak.

In front of him, her archrival was painfully humble, speaking with careful deference and a hint of flattery.

Word was that he was the unattainable moonlight her rival had longed for in vain.

Everyone said Shen Siyu was the hardest pine tree to reach on South University campus.

Ying Li refused to believe it.

She waited outside the library with milk tea, stood on tiptoe to hold an umbrella over him and got half her shoulder soaked, and even pretended to feel faint from low blood sugar so she could fall into his arms.

At last, she got Shen Siyu to fall for her.

Ying Li took his arm and walked up to her archrival, ready to enjoy the sight of her rival falling apart.

But her archrival stood before them, trembling with nerves, and carefully addressed Shen Siyu: "Cousin."

Ying Li: ...???

What do you mean, cousin?!

Ying Li deleted every flirting tutorial on her phone that very night. Just as she was planning to run for it, Shen Siyu blocked her path and asked with an almost-smile, "Girlfriend, where are you going?"

"You flirted with me, and now you want to run?"

"You thought it was a thrilling hunt, but it was only a trap he had woven long ago."

When the hunter drops his disguise, you'll find that you're the prey caught in his snare.
