Everyone who had met Du Jiaojiao said she was beautiful. The only flaw in this beauty was that she was as delicate as her name suggested.
Du Jiaojiao's cousin, Lin Shiyin, treated her very well, but she couldn't see through Lin Xian'er's viciousness.
Du Jiaojiao knew Lin Xian'er hated her, so she ran away to save her own life.

Du Jiaojiao wasn't much of a martial artist either, but she was very lucky.
While being pursued, Du Jiaojiao jumped off a cliff. Not only did she survive, she also obtained a martial arts manual.
She liked "Lingbo Weibu" best, because it looked so beautiful when she used it.
#
After leaving the cliff, Du Jiaojiao had nowhere to go. Fortunately, a fairy-like young woman rescued her.
Unfortunately, Du Jiaojiao was just too delicate. After she broke out in a rash again, the goddess-like young woman taught her the "Jade Maiden Swordplay" and sent her out of the ancient tomb.

Du Jiaojiao was homeless once again.
Wandering the streets, Du Jiaojiao used the Jade Maiden Swordplay to defeat a gang of thugs, and somehow ended up being brought home by a man in white.
