Work Is Bullshit

After being forced to bind with a Savior System, superpowered teen Xia Qingci's daily life became this: an unremarkable high school student by day, a time-traveling wage slave by night. Sleep? Doesn't exist. A 24/7 work schedule? Standard issue. From the age of sixteen to twenty-three, he'd spent seven whole years shuttling between two worlds. And the System told him: "Dear user, your countdown to retirement still has forty-two years to go! :)" Xia Qingci smiled and raised his middle finger. "Whoever wants to be the savior can do it. I'm slacking off!" Then, one day, a teleportation mishap sent him plummeting with a splash into the bathtub of a studious, staunch materialist. Zhu Yan pushed up his gold-rimmed glasses, which had slipped to the tip of his nose, and stared expressionlessly at the unexpected visitor who'd fallen from the sky. The top student, outwardly cool and composed, was internally exploding with frantic thoughts: ...Who is this? Why did he fall into my bathtub? Wait, why is he glowing gold?! Theme: Beauty can be found everywhere in life.
