Mo Zhi's Encyclopedia of Survival Skills (Civilian Edition)

[Casual notes, feel free to treat this as a diary.]

Hello, my name is Mo Zhi. This is a practical guide and supplies checklist I've put together, covering almost every aspect of daily life.

It may include:

1. Medicine (colds, depression, asthma...)

2. Food (emergency rations, home cooking...)

3. Any crisis that might arise during a natural disaster or the apocalypse, along with ways to escape (earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, droughts...)

4. What to do when a rules-based horror scenario arrives

5. How to handle interpersonal relationships

6. How to keep your sanity from collapsing

7. How to choose a weapon that suits you

8. How to barter for supplies in the apocalypse

9. Types of zombies you might encounter

10. How to avoid becoming love-struck, and how to tell the difference between emotional manipulation and love

11. How to pursue someone you like

This book includes the topics above but is not limited to them. It is only a compiled checklist and does not refer to anything in real life.

Theme: Prevent disaster scientifically, stay safe for life
