"Thinking about skateboards all the time."

Jiang Yiyang fell silent for a moment, then cursed himself inwardly. "What an idiot."

At the awards ceremony of the biennial skateboarding competition, the lights glittered and the venue was packed. Every eye was on the dazzling, uninhibited man onstage.

A reporter held out a microphone. "Jiang, now that you've won this trophy, is there anything you still regret?"

Everyone knew the answer: he had withdrawn from the previous competition due to an injury, missing out on the podium.

But Jiang Yiyang unexpectedly replied, "That I didn't fall in love with my wife at first sight."

The crowd erupted after being hit with such a display of affection.

The event was still being streamed live. As a "professional" sports channel reporter, she could only continue reading from her script. "What's your next goal?"

"To love her more than I did yesterday."

The audience went wild.

Seeing that the atmosphere was getting out of hand, the reporter tossed aside her script and switched to celebrity gossip. "Mrs. Jiang is here at the event. Is there anything you'd like to say to her?"

The handsome man looked toward a certain spot in the crowd, his voice softening. "Actually, there's something I've never told you. During a time when you had no idea, I also..."

"Had a crush on you."
