Saint Seiya and Western Crossover: The Last God

A blend of Saint Seiya and the DC and Marvel worlds, with Kido Saori, AKA Athena, as the protagonist. In this story, Saori is Athena's final incarnation, so she gradually regains her divine form. Just consider the warrior goddess who beat Ares to a pulp. Eventually, after she dies, she becomes the last of the ancient gods to fall into a deep slumber.

The Renaissance has rekindled my passion for Saint Seiya, so I excitedly started this project. This is a crossover, and many details will be my own headcanon. Feel free to leave a comment if you have questions.

The DC side combines the movies and comics, while the Marvel side mainly follows the movies, with some comic elements mixed in. Saint Seiya mostly follows the manga. The story begins after the DC movie Justice League, before the birth of Marvel's Iron Man, and after the Hades Chapter of Saint Seiya. The Resistance storyline has been altered by the butterfly effect, but some Saints will appear as substitutes.

Superman's dying cry reached Sanctuary. Saori foresaw Steppenwolf's arrival and rushed to Themyscira, but she was too late: Steppenwolf had taken the Mother Boxes. The queen asked her to return to the human world and help Diana, and entrusted her with the Moon Goddess's arrows.

Before Darkseid first came to Earth, Athena received the authority to rule over the earth from Gaia, the Earth Mother. Before Ragnarok came, she fell into a deep sleep and reincarnated only in mortal form, in order to oppose the gods corrupted by darkness. After the ancient war ended, Zeus and the other gods fell into a deep slumber before he could leave any instructions.

When Saori arrived in the human world, she finally met the sisters she had never known. After discussing the matter, she decided to gather the Saints again to fight Darkseid, but Batman was unwilling to believe in the legendary goddess...

Theme: The age of the gods will eventually pass, but the legends of heroes will never fade.
