My Ex-Husband, Whom I Abandoned, Is the Lord of the Six Realms

Yu Chuchu once loved someone.

He was graceful, handsome, and as serene as a bright moon. Though cold by nature, he treated Yu Chuchu very well.

Later, Yu Chuchu abandoned her husband and career to ascend, leaving him alone.

A day in heaven is a year in the mortal realm.

Not long after Yu Chuchu ascended, the Lord of the Gods, ruler of the Six Realms, returned from his mortal tribulation.

The Lord was as radiant as the moon, graceful and elegant. He was unmistakably her mortal ex-husband.

Yu Chuchu: I'm terrified. Can I still cripple my immortal bones and get out of this?

She is reassigned to the Lord's palace as a junior official in charge of documents, and spends every day at his side.

Yu Chuchu stays by him in constant fear. She's afraid he'll bring up the past, but also afraid he won't, and lives each day like two different people.

At last, one day, the Lord gives her a task.

"I intend to revise the laws of heaven. Immortals must cut off all romantic attachments and sever their seven emotions and six desires. Otherwise, their immortal bones will be removed, their immortal tendons torn out, and they will be banished to the mortal realm. Draft a proposal and bring it to me."

Yu Chuchu is just about to agree.

The Lord gazes at her thoughtfully. "You've done an excellent job of that yourself. You should be a model for all immortals."

Yu Chuchu: ...

When Jiang Yan underwent a mortal tribulation, he fell in love with someone and was willing to remain in the mortal world for her, never to return to the lofty ninth heaven.

But later, she said to him, "A Yan, forget about me."

Ten years of loneliness, three thousand six hundred and fifty days and nights.

At every moment, Jiang Yan thought that if he ever saw Yu Chuchu again, he would make her pay dearly.

But when they really meet again, he can't bring himself to do it.
