The Story of Chairman Malfoy

Just a little idea, a little idea. Jotting it down for fun. A sweet postwar story, with some changes to the timeline.

"Alan Casteil"

[Slytherin!]

The Sorting Hat shouted at the top of its lungs.

Draco raised his hand and joined the others around him in applause.

"Hey, Malfoy," a boy sitting across from Draco tapped the table and whispered, "Mr. Prefect, that little guy keeps staring at you!"

At his words, Draco looked up toward the dais. He saw a small boy with short arms and legs and a head of striking golden curls. The boy handed the Sorting Hat to a professor with both hands, then bowed very politely. Turning around with a beaming smile, he gathered the long hem of his robe and ran toward the Slytherin table.

When the boy looked up, Draco got a good look at his face.
