Falling in Love Again in Seven Days

(Updated twice daily on 12/18. Chapters are already written, so feel free to read. Please be sure to check the warnings.) After being kidnapped, Yu Jin developed a strange condition like a goldfish's seven-second memory. Every seven days, his memories of people are completely erased. He remembers events, but forgets everyone from his past, no matter who they are. Because of this, even his parents abandoned him and chose to raise an adopted son instead. . Then the director of the hospital that adopted him told him someone wanted to sponsor him. When Yu Jin met his sponsor, the man took his hand first and kissed his ring finger, as if leaving a mark that belonged to him. The man smiled gently. "Forgive me for the intrusion. It's our signal. My name is Rong Xun. In eight days... we'll meet by our signal." . Yu Jin thought that would be their only signal, but he never expected that as time passed, they would come up with more and more signals, each one more intimate than the last. On the eighth day, Yu Jin woke up confused in the arms of a man he didn't recognize, yet somehow found familiar. The man bit the back of his neck. "Don't be afraid. My name is Rong Xun. I'm your..." Yu Jin's body trembled instinctively, and he answered without thinking, "Boyfriend." A seemingly gentle, secretly deranged, black-hearted seme x a beautiful uke with psychological issues and a flawed personality Blurb screenshotted on 2021.09.12 Warnings: 1. A purely sweet romance. The relationship is absolutely not angsty. 2. The seme is a genuinely deranged villain, and the uke is strong. This is a big bad wolf x mighty little white rabbit (?) story. If that's not your thing, don't read. 3. The seven-day memory loss is a psychological illness, which will be explained to some extent in the story and will improve with treatment. In reality, goldfish don't have only seven seconds of memory. The blurb says this as a joke, so please don't argue about it. Thanks. 4. This shares an alternate universe with "But He Says He Loves Me," "Don't Look at Them," and "So Who's the One Flirting?" There are crossover appearances. 5. Everyone has their own preferred writing style. If you don't like it, just move on. There's no need to lecture the author on how to write. Let's respect one another. Thanks. [Interstellar]" As the Empire's new generation of battle machines after the war, Duan Yanyan was hailed as a rising beacon of hope. At the height of his fame, the star admired by the entire Empire announced, "I want to marry General Huo Qianyao." The young general who had led the Empire toward dawn, the previous generation's war machine, was now disabled from his injuries and had become volatile and unpredictable. * In the final battle, Huo Qianyao suffered irreversible damage to both his body and his mental powers, making it impossible for him to return to the battlefield. Unable to adapt to a peaceful life, his postwar trauma made him irritable and quick-tempered, and his mental power field fell apart. Eventually, he could no longer control his exoskeleton and ended up in a wheelchair. He wanted to put an end to it all. But that day, the Empire's rising star soothed his mental power field and said he wanted to marry him. It was as if he saw a ray of sunlight, carrying dewdrops, fall upon his barren land. Tender shoots called hope and new beginnings quietly began to grow. * Duan Yanyan admired Huo Qianyao more than he liked him, revered him more than he loved him. Even when he said he wanted to marry Huo Qianyao, he had never imagined that he could lay a hand on the Empire's former God of War. Until one day, after leaving a mixer he couldn't get out of, he ran straight into Huo Qianyao's mental power field. The powerful mental force erased every trace of anyone else from his body, replacing them with the general's scent, which fused directly with his own mental power. "Didn't you say you wanted to marry me?" Huo Qianyao's voice was hoarse and low. "Didn't you say I was the only one you liked?" "Duan Yanyan, weren't you going to marry me?"
