Blurb:

A great battle shakes the martial world, as the leader of the Martial Alliance leads the righteous sects in an attack on the Demonic Sect.

Good news: The wicked Demonic Sect leader has fallen off a cliff. The whole world rejoices!

Bad news: The promising young Martial Alliance leader has fallen off the cliff too. A devastating loss.

At the bottom of the cliff, Demonic Sect leader Tao Wanwan slowly wakes up and sees her nemesis, Li Yuanbai, lying not far away.

Bad news: Her inner strength has dissipated, and she's lost all her martial arts?

Good news: The other guy is still unconscious. Finish him off with one fatal blow!

Tao Wanwan picks up a rock and walks toward him.

Bad news: Her nemesis Li Yuanbai suddenly wakes up!

Good news: He's lost his memory?!

Li Yuanbai: "Where is this? Who am I? Who are you, miss? And what are you doing?"

Tao Wanwan can only be grateful that she'd always told the martial world the Demonic Sect leader was a man. Now her mask is gone and her hair is a mess. Even if he doesn't remember who she is, he can still tell she's a woman.

In a flash, Tao Wanwan drops the rock and throws herself into Li Yuanbai's arms. "Waaah... The sect leader fell off the cliff, so I came down the mountain to look for him. I was afraid I'd run into danger, so I picked up a rock to use as a weapon..."

The aloof and upright Martial Alliance leader Li Yuanbai, as he was known in martial-world rumors, suddenly freezes.

"I'm the sect leader? And you're my concubine?"

#She tries to smear her nemesis, but he leads her astray instead#

#She thinks she's fooled her nemesis, but he's been fooling her all along#

Bonus scene

Li Yuanbai is led by Tao Wanwan to a corner of the inn. He watches a group of righteous disciples who seem to be looking for someone.

Li Yuanbai: "Who are they looking for?"

Tao Wanwan: "The Demonic Sect leader. That's you."

Li Yuanbai: "...Isn't 'Demonic Sect' what those self-righteous orthodox sects call us? Why do we call ourselves that?"

Tao Wanwan: "..."
